Refund policy
This shop is intended for business customers only. We sell exclusively to companies, institutions, universities, laboratories, medical or research organizations, and other professional users. We do not sell to consumers.
We may accept return requests within 30 days after delivery, provided that the return has been approved by us in advance.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened where applicable, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received. All labels, documentation, certificates, and accompanying materials must be included. Proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send items back without prior written approval. Items returned without prior approval may be refused.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect the delivery immediately upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us without undue delay so that we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
Non-returnable items
Returns may be excluded for certain products, including but not limited to:
- opened, used, or partially used products
- temperature-sensitive products
- sterile products
- custom-made products
- special-order products
- products with expired shelf life or insufficient remaining shelf life
- hazardous materials or products requiring special handling
- products that cannot be resold for quality, safety, regulatory, or traceability reasons

Return shipping
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will provide return instructions after approving the return request.
Exchanges
If you need a different item, please contact us. In most cases, the original item must first be returned and approved before a replacement order can be processed.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be made to the original payment method or credited to your customer account, depending on the original payment arrangement. Refund processing may take up to 10 business days after approval.
