Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. We ship from Munich, Germany.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the destination, selected carrier, shipping service, package dimensions, package weight, and the items included in the order.

We currently retrieve shipping rates directly from our shipping carriers, including UPS and FedEx. Available shipping options and prices may therefore vary depending on the destination, carrier availability, service type, and product-specific shipping requirements.

Domestic Shipping within Germany

For deliveries within Germany, a free standard shipping option may be available for orders containing only items that can be shipped using standard, non-express shipping services.

If at least one item in the shopping basket cannot be shipped using a standard non-express service, the entire order will not be eligible for standard shipping. In that case, only the available carrier-calculated shipping options will be shown at checkout.

Express shipping options, where available, are calculated at checkout based on the live rates provided by the carrier.

EU Shipping

For deliveries within the European Union, available UPS and FedEx shipping options are calculated live at checkout.

The available services and prices depend on the delivery country, carrier availability, package dimensions, package weight, and product-specific shipping requirements.

International Shipping

For deliveries outside the European Union, available shipping options and prices are calculated live at checkout.

International shipping availability may depend on the destination country, carrier availability, customs requirements, export restrictions, and product-specific shipping requirements.

Additional customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping rate unless expressly stated otherwise and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may be subject to special shipping requirements, including but not limited to temperature-sensitive handling, hazardous goods restrictions, express-only shipping, country-specific restrictions, or carrier-specific limitations.

If an order contains products with special shipping requirements, the available shipping options at checkout may be limited accordingly.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number where tracking is available.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier, selected service, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control.
