CEP131 Antibody
Description
Anti-CEP131 antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues. Centrosomal protein of 131 kDa (CEP131) is encoded by the CEP131 gene in human. CEP131 is a component of centriolar satellites contributing to the building of a complex and dynamic network required to regulate primary cilium formation. CEP131 is also required for CEP152, WDR62 and CEP63 centrosomal localization and promotes the centrosomal localization of CDK2.
