CEP89 (CCDC123) Antibody
Description
Anti-CEP89 (CCDC123) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues. Centrosomal protein of 89 kDa (CEP89), also known as CCDC123, is encoded by the CEP89 gene in human. CEP89 is required for ciliogenesis. CEP89 has also been shown to be responsible for the integrity of the mitochondrion, membrane depolarization and synaptic transmission of photoreceptor cells.
