CXCR6 (CD186) Antibody
Description
Anti-CXCR6 (CD186) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from human and rodent tissues. C-X-C motif chemokine receptor 6 (CXCR6) is a member of the G-protein-coupled receptor family, which is encoded by the CXCR6 gene in human. CXCR6 serves as an entry coreceptor used by HIV-1 and SIV to enter target cells, in conjunction with CD4.
