Cadherin-6 (CDH6) (Zebrafish) Antibody
Description
Anti-Cadherin-6 (zebrafish) antibody is recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from zebrafish tissues. Cadherin-6 is a a member of the cadherin superfamily, which is encoded by the CDH6 gene in zebrafish. Cadherins are membrane glycoproteins that mediate homophilic cell-cell adhesion and play critical roles in cell differentiation and morphogenesis. Cadherin-6 is a type II cadherin and may play a role in kidney development as well as endometrium and placenta formation.
