Cadherin-7 (CDH7) Antibody
Description
Anti-Cadherin-7 (CDH7) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues. Cadherins mediate cell-cell binding in a homophilic manner, contributing to the sorting of heterogeneous cell types. Cadherin-7 is a type II classical cadherin of the cadherin superfamily, which is encoded by the CDH7 gene in human. Cadherin-7 comprises of an extracellular domain of five cadherin repeats, a transmembrane region and a highly conserved cytoplasmic tail.
