Cingulin (CGN) Antibody
Description
Anti-Cingulin (CGN) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues. Cingulin is encoded by the CGN gene in human. Cingulin is a coiled coil domain containing protein localized to the TJ plaque. Cingulin has been shown to interact with ZO-1 and may play a role in regulating the perijunctional cytoskeleton. Cingulin is a 140-kDa cytosolic protein and widely expressed in epithelial tissues including the kidney, the intestines, the lung, the liver, the pancreas and more.
