Claudin-3 (CLDN3) Antibody
Description
Anti-Claudin-3 (CLDN3) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and can be used for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues. Claudin-3 is a protein that is encoded by the CLDN3 gene in human. Claudin-3 belongs to the Claudin protein superfamily. Claudins are tetraspan proteins making the tight junction. Claudins have four transmembrane domains, two extracellular loops (ECLs: ECL1 and ECL2), amino- and carboxyl-terminal cytoplasmic domains, and a short cytoplasmic motif. Claudin-3 is primarily expressed by the epithelium in the kidney and the intestines.
