Cubilin (CUBN) Antibody
Description
Anti-Cubilin (CUBN) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues. Cubilin is encoded by the CUBN gene in human. Cubilin (CUBN) acts as a receptor for the endocytosis of intrinsic factor-vitamin B12 complexes. Cubilin is located within the epithelium of intestine and kidney. Mutations in the CUBN gene may play a role in autosomal recessive megaloblastic anemia.
