Description
Anti-DLG3 (SAP-102 or NEDLG) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues. Discs large homolog (DLG3), also known as synapse-associated protein 102 (SAP-102) or neuroendocrine-DLG (NEDLG), is encoded by the dlg3 gene in human. DLG3 is a cytosolic scaffold protein consisting in three PDZ domains, an SH3 domain, and a guanylate kinase-like domain. Drosophila Dlg protein plays a vital role in establishing the apicobasal polarity. Mammalian DLG family proteins play more roles that include adherens junction assembly, signal transduction, cell proliferation, synaptogenesis and lymphocyte activation.
