DLG4 (SAP-90 or PSD-95) Antibody
Description
Anti-DLG4 (SAP-90 or PSD-95) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues. Discs large homolog (DLG4), also known as synapse-associated protein 90 (SAP-90) or postsynaptic density protein 95 (PSD-95), is encoded by the dlg4 gene in human. DLG4 is a cytosolic scaffold protein consisting in three PDZ domains, an SH3 domain, and a guanylate kinase-like domain. DLG4 is almost exclusively localized to the postsynaptic density of neurons and involved in anchoring synaptic proteins. DLG4 plays a vital role in synaptic plasticity and the stabilization of synaptic changes during long-term potentiation.
