DNMT3A Antibody
Description
Anti-DNMT3A antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from human and rodent tissues. DNA (cytosine-5)-methyltransferase 3A (DNMT3A) is an enzyme that catalyzes the transfer of methyl groups to specific CpG structures in DNA. The enzyme is encoded by the DNMT3A gene in human. The DNMT3A protein localizes to the cytoplasm and nucleus and its expression is developmentally regulated.
