FIS1 (TTC11) Antibody
Description
Anti-FIS1 (TTC11) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues. Mitochondrial fission 1 protein (FIS1) is encoded by the FIS1 gene in human. FIS1 is a component of a mitochondrial complex, the ARCosome, that promotes mitochondrial fission. FIS1 is a 16 kDa membrane protein situated in the outer mitochondrial membrane. It is composed of a transmembrane domain at the C-terminus and a cytoplasmic domain at the N-terminus. FIS1 is involved in a variety of diseases, such as neurodegenerative diseases and cancers.
