GLI1 Antibody
Description
Anti-GLI1 antibody is validated on mouse tissue and can be used for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues. GLI family zinc finger 1 (GLI1), also known as glioma-associated oncogene, is encoded by the GLI1 gene in human. GLI1 is a member of the Kruppel family of zinc finger proteins. GLI1 is activated by the sonic hedgehog signal transduction cascade and regulates stem cell proliferation. The activity and nuclear localization of GLI1 is negatively regulated by p53 in an inhibitory loop.
