The HiScript IV All-in-One Ultra RT SuperMix for qPCR from Vazyme is a next-generation reverse transcription kit specifically optimized for high-performance qPCR workflows. The innovative all-in-one formulation integrates genomic DNA removal and first-strand cDNA synthesis into a single-tube reaction, enabling rapid and highly efficient reverse transcription with minimal hands-on time.

Powered by the advanced HiScript IV Reverse Transcriptase, heat-labile DNase, and an optimized proprietary buffer system, the kit completes genomic DNA elimination and reverse transcription in as little as 5 minutes. The resulting cDNA is fully compatible with both SYBR dye-based and probe-based qPCR applications.
