IFT88 Antibody
Description
Anti-IFT88 antibody is validated on mouse tissue and can be used for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues. Intraflagellar transport protein 88 homologue (IFT88), is encoded by the IFT88 gene in human. IFT88 is a member of the tetratrico peptide repeat (TPR) family. IFT88 plays an important role in in primary cilium biogenesis. IFT88 is expressed by many types of ciliated cells in various organs, including the lung, the kidney, the intestine, the heart and etc.
