Mouse CAR-T Cell (mCD19-1D3-scFv-CD28-CD3)
Description
BiCell Scientific’s Mouse CAR-T Cell (mCD19-1D3-scFv-CD28-CD3) consists of primary mouse T cells transduced with an MSCV retrovirus expressing the mCD19-1D3-scFv-CD28-CD3 transgene. This product is designed for CAR-T cell development applications and is supplied as frozen GFP-positive CAR-T cells.
Product Overview
These engineered CAR-T cells are generated from primary T cells derived from different mouse strains. The CAR construct uses the single-chain variable fragment (scFv) from the 1D3 monoclonal antibody directed against mouse CD19. The intracellular signaling domains include murine CD28 and murine CD3ζ, making this product suitable for immunotherapy and preclinical CAR-T research workflows.
