Description
The Mycolor One-Step Mycoplasma Detector from Vazyme is a fast and highly sensitive solution for detecting mycoplasma contamination in cell cultures. Based on advanced isothermal amplification technology, this assay enables reliable mycoplasma detection with a simple one-tube workflow and direct visual readout.
After adding only 1 μl of cell culture supernatant and incubating at 65°C for 1 hour, results can be interpreted by color change alone. Negative samples remain purple-red, while positive samples turn yellow, providing a clear and intuitive result without gel electrophoresis or qPCR analysis.
