PAX2 Antibody
Description
Anti-PAX2 antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from human and rodent tissues. The Pax Genes, or Paired-Box Containing Genes, play important roles in the organ development. Paired box gene 2, also known as PAX2, is a transcription factor that is encoded by the PAX2 gene in human. PAX2 is necessary for the formation of the pronephros and subsequent kidney structures. Mutations in PAX2 have been shown to result in optic nerve colobomas and renal hypoplasia.
