R-Cadherin (Cadherin-4 or CDH4) Antibody
Description
Anti-R-Cadherin (Cadherin-4 or CDH4) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues. Cadherin-4, also known as R-Cadherin, is a cadherin protein that is encoded by the CDH4 gene in human. R-cadherin is a calcium-dependent cell-cell adhesion glycoprotein comprised of five extracellular cadherin repeats, a transmembrane region and a highly conserved cytoplasmic tail. Cadherin-2 and Cadherin-4 can form stable cis-heterodimers in cotransfected cell lines.
