Description

Anti-Trpm4 antibody is validated on mouse tissue and can be used for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from human and rodent tissues. Transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily M member 4 (Trpm4) is a non-selective cation channel protein that is encoded by the TRPM4 gene in human. Trpm4 is activated by intracellular calcium, but this channel does not transport calcium. Trpm4 permeates monovalent cations, leading to depolarization of the cell membrane. It may play important roles in cardiomyocytes, neurons from dorsal root and vomeronasal neurons, endocrine pancreas cells, and cochlea hair cells.
