VEGFR1 (FLT1) Antibody
Description
Anti-VEGFR1 (FLT1) antibody is validated on mouse tissue and recommended for immunofluorescence labeling, IHC, or western blot of materials from rodent and human tissues. Vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 1 (VEGFR1), also known as fms related receptor tyrosine kinase 1 (FLT1), is encoded by the FLT1 gene in human. VEGFR1 is a receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK) that contains an extracellular ligand-binding region with seven immunoglobulin (Ig)-like domains, a transmembrane domain, and a tyrosine kinase (TK) domain within the cytoplasmic domain. VEGFR1 binds to VEGFR-A, VEGFR-B and placental growth factor and plays an important role in angiogenesis and vasculogenesis. Expression of VEGFR1 is found in vascular endothelial cells, placental trophoblast cells and peripheral blood monocytes.
