About the Target

EIF4EBP1 is a target of interest in many antibody-based workflows. Eukaryotic translation initiation factor 4E (eIF4E)-binding protein 1 (4E-BP1) belongs to a family of proteins that suppress translation and is a well-known target of the mechanistic target of rapamycin (mTOR) signaling pathway.
