ELISA Detection Diluent is a ready-to-use 1x buffered solution for diluting detection primary antibodies and HRP conjugates in ELISA workflows. It is formulated with mammalian protein, detergent and salt additives to support antibody and HRP-conjugate stability while helping reduce non-specific background binding.

Use in ELISA workflows
The diluent can be used to prepare detection primary antibody solutions and HRP-conjugate solutions at the desired working concentration. Cytodiagnostics states that detection antibody concentrations typically range from 0.05–0.5 µg/ml, depending on the ELISA protocol and antibody used.
