About the Target

Hexamethylene bis-acetamide-inducible protein 1 (HEXIM1) functions as a tumor suppressor and plays a role in regulating innate immunity. The synthesis of HEXIM1 is induced by HEXamethylene-bis-acetamide (HMBA) and its analogs, histone deacetylase inhibitors, and nucleotide depletion.
