This fourth-generation HiScript kit provides improved reverse transcription efficiency, stronger extension ability, faster reaction speed and higher tolerance to inhibitors compared with previous versions. The kit contains a genomic DNA elimination module, allowing contaminating genomic DNA to be removed before reverse transcription for more reliable downstream analysis.
