Assay principle

The assay uses a solid-phase sandwich ELISA format. Samples, standards or controls are added to wells pre-coated with a target-specific capture antibody. Human CXCL10 present in the sample binds to the immobilized antibody and is detected using the supplied detection reagents. The resulting colorimetric signal is measured with a microplate reader and is proportional to the amount of CXCL10 in the original sample.
