About the Target

RHEB (Ras Homolog Enriched in Brain) is a small GTP-binding protein from the Ras superfamily, with two isoforms, RHEB1 and RHEB2. It possesses a conserved GTPase domain with slow intrinsic GTP hydrolysis, resulting in a relatively stable active GTP-bound state. RHEB is anchored to cellular membranes through a CAAX motif, enabling lipid attachment.
