Product overview
This V2 version has been optimized to improve library preparation stability and library yield at lower input amounts. During the workflow, universal adapters are ligated to the 3' and 5' ends of small RNAs, followed by reverse transcription, PCR amplification and library purification. The resulting libraries are suitable for downstream Illumina sequencing workflows.
